Dr. Richard Fitzgibbons is a practicing psychiatrist and directs the Institue for Marital Healing outside Philadelphia. He specializes in the treatment of excessive anger and has coauthored a textbook on this topic for American Psychological Association Books in the area of positive psychology. Also, he has given many conferences on resolving marital conflicts. Dr. Fitzgibbons teaches at the John Paul II Institute for Studies in Marriage and Family at the Catholic University of America.
